Newb question: I’ve heard a lot about never selling your BTC and borrowing against it. I like the idea considering I don’t have much. How exactly would that work?

Is there a way to get closer to the 58000 total contribution limits in a 401k after initial contributions up the 19500 limit? My employer match isn’t great but I’ve maxed out my contributions this year and they’ve only added an additional 1500 so I’ll be at 21k total in the account for the year. How can I get more in there to bridge that 37k gap? Or can I?
