Flat is semi furnished with 5ACs, Modular Kitchen and all the basic fittings done

What TC should I expect at an associate level from 1Bn fund based in Europe ? Is there any chance to get carry ?

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?

I want to buy my current rental house from my landlord (she wants to sell) and we both want to not use a real estate agent and split the savings in commissions between us.

Does anyone know how much a real estate attorney might charge for helping us with a very standard sales contract in California. Or maybe an agent/broker ago would just handle the contract for a flat fee.

Looking to sublease my apartment (at Nema San Francisco) from mid-October 22' to March 23' when the lease ends. The building is in the middle of the city - Civic Center and all modes of public transport are nearby. The unit is a 1BHK with a huge den that we use as a second bedroom.
