WOW!! OP this list is extremely helpful, thank you so much for combining all of this and sharing it with us. I have some of these apps but I think that I need to try Forest because I have a really hard time focusing and staying in the zone. I pick up my phone and start scrolling so that sounds like a really good way to combat the distraction.
