Hello. My district is currently remote (virtual) and I am teaching a chemical reactions unit. Usually, this is a hands on unit. I cannot do hands-on labs for equity reasons. My district does not have subscriptions to any science lab simulation sites at the middle school level. We use the NGSS. We are standards based grading and I can only grade the stand MS-PS1-2. Anyone have suggestions on free simulations I can use? I teach synchronously to my students 2 classes (2 hours total ) each week.

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. So wanna run something by you all. Looking at insurance plans. There are 4 plans that allow an HSA. 3 of the 4 are identical.
500 firm contribution to HSA = ~21/ pay period. Add that to lowest HSA premium plan. It still comes out lower than the out 3 plans. So what am I missing?
