Just found out that my favorite aunt, who claimed I was her “favorite” niece, chose to leave all her valuables to her other two nieces who never visited or called her once in the last ten years. My aunt passed away suffering from cancer last year and didn’t have her own kids. I was there by her side throughout her battle. I still wish I had done more, made her life easier. I probably sound petty, but a part of me is forcing me to re-evaluate every interaction I ever had with her.

I lashed out emotionally at work recently as of result of a lot pent up frustration. In short I accused those around me of personally attacking me. And I am worried I will loose my job as of result.

Accepted an offer for 150k with another b4 (currently at D) with 4 YOE. I should be happy and jumping with this number but being an 1st gen immigrant, this number is too unreal/scary to me. It’s interesting how ambition can actually be a bad thing. I want to make tens of millions and impact millions of people and leave a big legacy. But then the problem is with dreams that big I struggle so much to relax. I feel so much pressure to always be productive. I’m a human doing not a human being. And then I also think “well dang if I want to accomplish all these things I should be further by now” which that isn’t good for mental health either. I wish I was content with less
