I work at vois and i have recently submitted my resignation during probation period.
I am not primary resource in the team and I was still in learning phase, as I was actually hired for some other tech and put into another one.
I am looking to reduce my notice period by 2 weeks, had word with LM she is asking me to complete full notice, other opportunity is asking for quick joining.
Please suggest what can be done in this case!!!

Will an offer made in paper by one organization get revoked if a counter offer from other organisation is submitted to negotiate a better salary?
Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?
