I’m looking at the Bank Of America Market Financial Center Manager role. Trying to figure out the salary range for this role and online research is giving me a wide range for this role. I have my MBA (non-Target school) with 3+ years in management (2 plus years in management in the banking/finance industry). What salary range should I be expecting? Thank you in advance.

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

Did a bunch of agencies just go on a firing spree before Christmas?

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc).
