I am working as an Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys at 3.9 LPA. I have around 2 years of experience. My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

Any advice on how to transition into healthcare IT without experience? I have a MS and MPH. Burned out on patient services roles. Hoping to make a transition before the year out. Actively seeking new opportunities.

I wanted to understand how RSUs work in your favour? I mean if I am getting rsus amounting to 40% of my package, and another company is matching the package with all fixed, should I still choose Autodesk package? How about selling them and taxation? Is it really beneficial or risky?
