What are your tricks for getting started at the beginning of the work day once you’re on site? I have the hardest time getting my brain engaged to begin working, often wasting huge chunks of time.

Steel Case vs Herman Miller

Is Herman Miller the undeniable winner in the office chair market or is Steel Case a contender for first?

How many intervals do you have to bill time at? We’re at 15 minutes intervals for professionals and six minutes for admin.

My company sponsored my tier 2 visa in the UK.

If I leave, does that visa stay with me or will I need to be sponsored again by another company?

SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.

Here's a wannabe coach who needs some guidance. I am 26 y/o, have worked in research and corporate world. As i entered the adult world and started working when 20y/o i missed the time i used to volunteer for organizations talking about leadership and motivation. I have a job that fulfills me, working in a top company blah blah but i don't feel i am giving to the world. Social media makes me feel people need guidance. I want be a coach but what's the best way to start?

I am a middle school coach, and many of my students request that I use discord to help track progress outside of school. Has anyone used discord for coaching before? Is it worth downloading and making a server? 

Curious to know what executive coaches charge, per hour, to work with senior leaders? If anyone feels comfortable sharing their own rate or what their company pays, I’d appreciate it.

Anyone else frustrated with the lack of follow through from potential employers? I have had two companies undercut my ability to have an equal chance to compete for a role. One company kept telling me a second interview would happen in a few weeks. Nothing for 3 months even with my check ins. To just find out the role was filled. Another company flat out said they couldn’t find my application (in their system where it was attached to job req number) and filled the role.

I'm looking for an executive coach in the Portland OR area. Looking for coaching on executive presence and public speaking. Anyone fit the bill?

How much do you charge/would you charge for a workshop? A gym is trying to get me to do a workshop for compound movements (2-3 hours) and they seem to think I’ll just do it for my rate of personal training. There’s no way in hell Im doing that for $65 lmao.

Hello - thinking of starting a small side coaching practice. Could use a bit of help because I've never thought about opening a side hustle but times are tough with two kids in college.

1. What is the best approach to collecting your fee? Each session? Pay the package cost upfront,? Other, and if so, what is it?
2. How do you collect it? Venmo? Credit card?
3. Do you have to register your business?
