Anyone else frustrated with the lack of follow through from potential employers? I have had two companies undercut my ability to have an equal chance to compete for a role. One company kept telling me a second interview would happen in a few weeks. Nothing for 3 months even with my check ins. To just find out the role was filled. Another company flat out said they couldn’t find my application (in their system where it was attached to job req number) and filled the role.

I was wanting to know if it’s possible to start a career as a Project Manager in the marketing/advertisement world? I have a few years of PM experience without the “official title” of Project manager. I am close to finishing my Grow with Google Project Management Program as I am now on course 6/6. Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

The alternative is another masters in CS which is the same cost as many boot camps. Any recommendations on picking between a coding boot camp and getting another masters degree in CS? Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.
