Hey fellow fins! I'm a software engineer and looking for my first full-time tech role (I know it's the worst time to ask this, but still shooting my shot) in Canada. I've ~4 years' of professional software engineering experience (outside Canada) and a Canadian Master's degree. I cannot land interviews for my life though. Any suggestions/referrals/advice is much appreciated. I've been actively applying since Jan 2024 (since I graduated).
