I had got verbal offer from EPAM hr few days after submission of my documents. She told i would be getting the offer today or the next day.
Now it's a week and HR is not even picking up the calls or replying to message.
My last working day is also in 4-5 days.

How many paid vacation days (not market holidays) do you get as a new hire? How many can you get as your years of service increase?

Weekends - what are the best sources / instas / emails that list cool, unique, events or things to do in NYC before they sell out...! Less like Time Out, more like Skint, but price isn’t critical.

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?

What are your strategies for completing work efficiently? How do you figure out how long projects should take? A consistent piece of feedback on my yearly reviews has been that I over-bill & spend too much time on assignments. It’s something I actively work on, but I still have no concrete sense of how long I should spend on basic tasks (e.g., drafting a motion to dismiss). My firm is right to expect that I manage my time better as a mid-level associate. WFH has made my time management worse.

One of my frustrations with myself (writing it out here so I can work on it) is that I will print out something that I need, such as a traffic collision report. I will read it without actually reading it. This results in spending time without actually retaining info. Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve found that I can actually focus when I truly force myself, but often this happens after I’ve discovered an error or an important piece of information that I should have noticed earlier.

I just finished my first round and the interviewer told me what the second round would be, asked if he could use my case study, and then suggested I speak slower next time so the next interview could follow it on pen and paper. Thought the process is round 1-2 behavioral and 3 is case study?
