I have close to 9 years of experience in US Tax and currently work as a Tax Manager at one of the Big 4s. My current fixed compensation is ₹26 LPA, and I’m considering a switch.

For those who’ve worked outside the Big 4, which firms would you recommend in terms of work culture, learning, and compensation? Also, is ₹35 LPA fixed a realistic expectation at my experience level?
