I have a younger family member (almost 13) who is very interested in cybersecurity. How can this person learn and grow in a safe manner if he/she isn’t near a city with youth clubs and etc? Idea is to reinforce ethics, but this material is far too advanced for the parents.

I’m a bachelor with little obligations to send money to home, belongs to a middle class family.
Not many wishes, not a party person either, likes to spend time mostly at home.

Say I work in tech and have a decent finance experience. Would my 3 yoe of domain "expertise" in tech make me an attractive bet for the banks Tech coverage team? In other words, does having experience in Tech make me more hireable for IBD?

It's been 3 week with CTS (cognizant). After HR discussion HR said wait for offer letter but no offer letter yet.

Management etc, I had other offers from societe generale and hsbc similar offer but in hsbc the role was of a manager in compliance risk analytics domain, bnp is in trade and investment banking domain, I choose bnp, was it a good choice?
