I got placed in @Capgemini from my College as Analyst Differential Role with a CTC of 5.75LPA(5.5+25k). They told they would provide internship but I haven't received any communication as of now from them.

Question for yall. How likely is an offer once a company decides to do a reference check? I know I am in the final 2, from context clues in interviews. I just dont want to get my hopes up.

I am concerned with fulfilling billable hours requirement. I’m required to hit 2100 hours yearly and I’m at ~1,500 hours and I think I’ll hit 150-180hours this month. What will happen if I don’t hit my targeted amount by the end of my year.

Thoughts on a company that won’t negotiate on salary and pays all the Account Executives the same salary. Appears years of experience mean little?

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD.
