Has anyone gone through the background verification process done by third party HireRight? How much time does it take to verify the background and should one resign only whn background verification is done??

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.

One of my siblings has a substance abuse problem since their teen years. It’s impacted me and traumatized me deeply.
