I am on notice period and m joining TCS by nex tmonth end.now I received the CTC revision of 9.8 which was 8.9 by before ....in TCS offer is 15lpa..is it can I ask the HR more like one lakh plus as they revised me in Cognizant? Or shal I just move on ?pls guide me will TCS revise ?
I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. Shift timing is 8 to 5 but you'd see people coming in at 7 and leave at 3.30-4.
As a third pary employee, you will not get parking, rewards or any policy benefits from NAB.. And also try not to get blown away after knowing your coworker's salary for the same work that you will be doing. On work front, it's consistent for internal and external employees.. They aren't biased.
Do they absorb contract employees and make them permanent?
