Which is more important mental health or job?

I work in sales as a coordinator and do a bunch of paperwork with customers online. I LOVE PEOPLE but dread going to work everyday (wfh 3x a week) because the environment is toxic. I just found out that the only positive manager on my team is leaving. I am spiraling. I have a BS in Health Science (no chemistry classes taken and minimal biology education). Where are people happy in their careers? What careers are best for young women with ADHD? Who’s hiring?

Thoughts on Ketchum CEO /agency culture.

The station I work at is down at least 15 positions. Some jobs have been open for two years.

The remaining staff is required to step up.

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.

How are people able to keep their mental health up when their station isn’t hiring people they need and refuse to pay living wages to potential prospects or promote those remaining?

Looking for a gay woman on the east coast (yes I have given up on confining my option only to my city). I’m a clean person, funny, a good chef, good in bed and just overall wholesome. Bonus points if you are a top.

Should I stay at a company I know I like culture-wise when my manager said they will try to promote me, but with no guarantee. Or should I take a job offer I was given with a nice raise, but is in consulting at Slalom. I have not worked in consulting before. There is no travel with Slalom, but the idea of being the new person all the time isn’t too appealing. Less pay and known culture, or more pay unknown job satisfaction?

Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity).
