Just curious about how long is the overall hiring process at some MNC banks like MUFG, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley..
currently interviewing with all 3 and it’s been 2 months..3 rounds done with all 3.
No clear picture from anyone on what next..really really frustrated.

Please share your experience and what to expect next.

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?

- Georgetown's part-time program (ranked #1 in US, 3yrs): Graduate with 200K in debt
- Application already submitted, results by end of Feb

- George Mason's part-time program (ranked #4 in US, 4yrs): Graduate with 20K in debt (with the possibility of it being $0 debt)
- Application not yet submitted, but thinking about applying ED to a program that offers full tuition scholarship. Deadline: Mid-Jan
