When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

I like her style

I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Long Covid. I have not experienced this but my good friend has long Covid. It messes w her memory, concentration and she’s easily fatigued. She had to retire due to these issues. Also, I learned that it doesn’t necessarily hit right after having Covid, it can lay dormant for a long time before rearing it’s ugly head. Some major cities actually have Long Covid recovery centers. We do not, maybe look in your area?

Yes this ^^
Yes my aunt unfortunately suffered from long Covid. Extreme fatigue, brain fog + memory issues, long term lung issues. I’m sorry your father is going through this. It’s tough.
Yes. He has brain fog from lo g COVID. Or sucks but time is needed. Try Lion’s mane, and a good Omega 3.
It's Long Covid
How do you know this is Covid related and not a result of pandemic lockdowns?
Because there were no long-term pandemic lockdowns except maybe in China. In the United States, there was a period of only a few weeks where SOME people even came close to an actual lock down. And because the entire world spent a significant amount of time keeping away from other people, but the entire world does not have these symptoms. Are you making a joke or being daft?
I was either reading something or listening to a podcast about this. It said doctors are recommending ADHD coping skills to help. I have ADHD. The long COVID symptoms legit sound like my everyday life when I’m not medicated. Look into some of the coping skills and see if those help him.
I keep a notepad by my desk. I have to write everything down that I think about and can’t get to right that instant. Like literally in that moment I have to write it down, or I WILL forget it. If I meet with my supervising partner, I have to write everything down to remember. Once she told me something, I nodded, then immediately forgot what I just agreed to. She knows about my ADHD so she just laughed when I said I forgot what she literally just said.
The article or podcast said that long COVID is tough for people because they haven’t lived with this kind of impairment their whole lives like people with ADHD have, so they never developed any coping mechanisms. For me, I’ve been coping my whole life, so it didn’t seem weird to me (wasn’t diagnosed until my 30s). I just always thought I was really forgetful and a space cadet (constant brain fog, constant not paying attention to shit, running into things, etc.)
So this is just to say, he can learn skills to help him, and they really do help! I imagine it would be extremely alarming to me if my brain were naturally as it is when I’m medicated, and then one day I randomly had all my ADHD symptoms. I would definitely be struggling!
Look into B12 deficiency and pernicious anemia which can be a cause of brain fog and other physical / mental issues. Covid and infections are known to drain B12. He should have serum B12, gastrin, MMA, and homocysteine tested as well as a full blood panel but may have malabsorption issues. Supplements won’t help if he has absorption or autoimmune issues - only remedy is B12 injections at high frequency (there are protocols for this). I’m 34 and doing every other day injections due to massive brain fog, pain, and forgetfulness after Covid
Most doctors are not well versed in PA/B12D by the way. I would suggest looking into the Pernicious Anemia and B12 Deficiency Support Group on Facebook for their protocols and research - either for diagnosis or wrongly thinking oral supplementation is enough. You may need to ask for specific tests if serum B12 doesn’t immediately come back low.
