Just curious about how long is the overall hiring process at some MNC banks like MUFG, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley..
currently interviewing with all 3 and it’s been 2 months..3 rounds done with all 3.
No clear picture from anyone on what next..really really frustrated.

Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I wanted to know your thoughts regarding the salary expectations for A&M (Their HR didn’t flinch when I asked a salary +15K more than Alix in base)? Do you think they can offer that in PEPI ? I am new to the team and i am facing lots of issues while doing my workspace setup.I have 3 yrs of experience and all of the guys in my team are atleast 7+ yrs. My team ( 6 onshore+2offshore including me) = 8
If I keep on asking for help again and in the team meetings what my lead will think about me as a developer and everyone will be fed up from me seeing me asking for help repeatedly.
