I got an offer from Deutsche Bank as an Ai engineer with 25 percent hike Should I join or stay in fractal and look for better product based companies by learning DSA for sometime?

Note: The deutsche bank includes 3 days wfo as mandate., while in fractal it's kind of remote.

I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

I have been offered 15000 PLN monthly gross with luxoft poland. Can anyone suggest after paying taxes how much I can expect in hand monthly. Also I have offer from hcl 14lpa and baker hughes and I have not negotiated offer with any of them. YOE - 3.5yrs. Also my notice period ending next month 8th July. Can anyone suggest what should I prefer?
