I am currently in my notice period. I resigned from my job 40 days ago while having a offer in hand. Eventually it got revoked due to notice period issues. I am currently looking for opportunities in performance/automation testing for Bangalore location. I have 3.6 yoe. Currently without any offer in hand, and starting to feel scared that I might end up without an offer before notice period ends. I am looking for referral in testing domain be it performance testing/automation testing.

Thoughts on a m340i? I might just pull the trigger.

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. This would be at a global director level.
