Hey guys, I did my UG in civil engineering. I graduated in the year 2024. After that, I started preparing for TNPSC AE, but now I'm tired of the preparation. So I'm planning to pursue a master's in structural engineering or climate crisis. Which college gives better placement, CEG or PSG Coimbatore, or is gaining work experience valued in the civil field? But in BIM, the salary is super low and does doing certification course with placement support really help? I need some Guidance. Thank you!

I’ve been having insomnia lately (around 1 month). Tried the usual, lighter dinners, no caffeine etc. with no improvement…. Have been taking Focalin for +\- 8 months. I‘m mindful of timing as well to not interfere with sleep my schedule. Now I wonder if switching to Vyvanse or something else might help.
Any experience with switching ADHD meds to improve sleep?

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?
