Current CTC : 29 fixed excluding retirrrals+ ~5L in performance bonus.
Total experience : 6 years

Am I getting lowballed in terms of role and pay?
What is typical performance bonus payout in HSBC?

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
