Hey guys.. I have got an offer from EY for Senior Consultant Band 4 at 15 Fixed (3.5+ YOE)
Is it fair? Need suggestions.

I’m in my late 20s and struggling to find inspiration of what I want to do with my career/ life. Anyone have any good book or movie recommendations that inspired them during a similar time?

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

Just a reminder that outside our bubble no-one really cares about firm prestige etc.

Okay not going to lie — doing this rotation remote has been/is tough and I’m only a month in. I can’t keep up with the excel skills of you FDD people and pretty sure the director hates me 😭

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)
