I have received an offer from Capgemini , this is my first offer. I have 2.5 months left for NP to complete, do i still need to complete the new employee wizard formality as in case I get a good offer i wish to move with that.

This mail is being received every alternate day, even HR is following up. Not sure what is this for

Fishes, what are your thoughts on the future of work? As long as you are in the same tax jurisdiction of your company, should companies really care where you work from? My BRO has an offer from ATOS as a fresher. they've mentioned in the offer letter that there'll be training period of 24 months(reframed version of bond) and also they've mentioned that there'll be penalty of 70k if he wants to leave before this period. Is it compulsory to pay this penalty? Or is there any way we can avoid this, he wants to leave in case he gets a good job offer from other company. Current CTC is only 3.0 LPA and joining location is very far from home.

I have dropped my paper in current organization and have been offered from IBM now the problem is I have been retained in my current organization by giving the same amount which has been offered to me and I had accepted the offer letter from IBM as well before as I was not sure that I will be retained here.
Now can I tell IBM that I will not be able to join your organization as I got retained, will there be any problem as I had accepted the offer.

I am confused with two offers,
One is from Kpmg global with 16 fixed and 1 lakh joining bonus (there will be sure shot deduction of 16k each month for Pf as this is how they have fixed component structure. Total ctc - 16
Second is hexaware with 16.15 fixed and total ctc is 18.
Skill dot net and azure with 4 yoe
