@OP - I'd recommend you post this in the Consulting Bowl rather than the Consulting India Bowl. It consists of a more global audience and they might be able to help you better.
Ofcourse, it would be great if you could share the secret sauce (how you got an offer from outside India), but that's up to you. 😉

Oddly eve I can't access it now - guess something changed after Glassdoor bought Fishbowl.
Alternatives I can think of
1) There's a bowl called Desi Consultants, which are Indian folks mainly based in the US or Europe. I haven't seen posts specific to Germany but yeah, someone might turn up.
2) Reddit is a good place to ask - Good places to start are the Consulting, Careers subreddits. There's also a DEJobs sub but I'm not sure how that is.
3) Glassdoor for salaries and such? If its salaries and cost of living you'd want to compare (probably won't matter much since you're based there), I use numbeo - numbeo.com/cost-of-living/calculator.jsp

Hello author, i am also moving to Germany in January 2022 on a dependant visa. Can you guide what importance does the big4 give to german language during hiring process? Is a german A1 sufficient to get a job initially and learn till B1 later?
