I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

I have offer letter from Accenture and they have asked me to fill the compensation excel sheet.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

They said "ABC is getting 10 LPA"

When you got 20 LPA, They said "XYZ is getting 40LPA"

When you got 40 LPA, They said "PQR is settled in the US"

Ultimately its your choice do you want to listen ABC ,XYZ ,PQR or yourself.
