I'm currently working at Acuity Knowledge Partners in the PEC team and working below par the industry standard (12 lpa) with 5 years of experience. Can anyone be kind enough to refer me to some other private equity/ Consulting roles where the company is kind enough to acknowledge the salary correction. Would really appreciate some help.
Note: Nothing wrong with Acuity, it's just they hired me on a very low payscale after my Masters from an avg college and i have a very strong resume:)
