How is the AMEX account in IBM?
Hello Fishes, I have cleared both Technical and Manager rounds in Infosys. I have total experience of 3 years and relevant experience of 2.9 years in Java Full stack development. Currently holding an offer of 13LPA and ctc is 7.8 LPA.
Please help me regarding how much ctc I can expect/ask from Infy?

The third thing she asked was my age and birth year saying it needs to be filled out in a form since there are 2 candidates of the same name in the team. And after that she asked me if i have any leaves planned for next 5 to 7 months. Not only that she certainly made some personal attacks on the very first call saying we are the same age and she is a manager(which she became just a month or 2 back), which is great but what she wanted to communicate through this is not understandable. She also told me that each morning on the training period too I need to report her on the trainings i m doing and the hours and work on client of there is some time left. The very next day she sort of threatened me for a very minor laptop issue to be reported to senior manager until I told her that it was the IT team that guided me on what needs to be done. Have friends working in KPMG and the only thing they told me was the people here are good at the top level. Not sure if these are red flags or i m overthinking it. Also when I ask the buddy about anything for eg the days they are working from office the buddy tells to ask the same from manager and when I ask the manager then she tells me to ask buddy.
Which work stream - this is horrible.
Sometimes the issue occurs due to virtual connections, if we do not meet person face to face we tend to misjudge and assuming your manager is new to her role she might be having some pressure on herself which is radiating to the employee…i know it is not a good thing but usually it will be fixed in coming months….I joined kgs in nov too and my manager is good , Infact i do not need to report to my manager we hardly spoke over teams ….i am usually engayed with project manager and minimal contact to my reporting/performance manager
It is the culture at KGS.... I was facing the same..left in nine months...
I escalated the same to hr and practice lead... But inwas told I am at fault..
Managers at KGS have too much EGO... And think everyone else are tools in their belt
