I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I got hired as a BA, at an advisory firm. Im new to the industry and new to the role. I see that every BA is different in different companies. Right now I’m building out SOP’S for our different departments, as well working with clients guiding them through our pipeline.
