Tips for my first defense trial? Med mal/wrongful death case. I’ll be examining our two medical experts and crossing many of Plaintiff’s. To kick off some discussions - what are tools/resources that make your life easier? Automating saves me, even though the set up is time intensive. I love Calendly, it’s been a life saver so far. I haven’t taken the leap to a CRM yet but have been looking around. My services are higher price/lower volume so it’s been manageable.

Does anyone have a CRM you like? I was looking at Dubsaso but not sure I even need a CRM, though I think it looks more professional.

What’s your opinion on posting prices for service-based businesses (on the website or collateral). I like to post the price because I don’t want to waste time with clients that don’t have the budget. I’ve heard from some sales professionals to not publicly post - to get them bought in emotionally before telling them the price.
