So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. More importantly though, I'm looking for companies who pay relatively well (doesn't necessarily have to be market), are open to remote/hybrid work, aren't sweatshops. I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . What’s your opinion on posting prices for service-based businesses (on the website or collateral). I like to post the price because I don’t want to waste time with clients that don’t have the budget. I’ve heard from some sales professionals to not publicly post - to get them bought in emotionally before telling them the price.

To kick off some discussions - what are tools/resources that make your life easier? Automating saves me, even though the set up is time intensive. I love Calendly, it’s been a life saver so far. I haven’t taken the leap to a CRM yet but have been looking around. My services are higher price/lower volume so it’s been manageable.
