I’m transitioning to sales now and am insecure that my personality and appearance may hinder sales gen? Client industry is very old school. Can LGBT partners//Ds/MDs chime in how they managed the same transition?

Why do people distinguish between DOCUMENTS and COMMUNICATIONS in requests for documents. Aren’t communications a subset of documents? Is this a copy-paste holdover from interrogatories, or is there a valid reason to distinguish?

Does anyone else feel that the more content someone puts in their LinkedIn headline, the more full of it they are? I say this as someone with a bunch of stuff lol but at least it’s all at one company and accurate.

I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!
