Hey I'm yasif. I am post graduate MCA 7.86. Ug in bsc(cs) but i got ug aggregate 55% which is less then eligibility criteria. Also I got post graduate in 2022. Now I'm 30 years old but I have no job. So I want anyone. Can I get job as fresher at 30. I never skip or leave any skills that related to get me the job. I have great project plus last year I have tcs paid exam and also have 2 certificates courses in 2025 springboot, java docker microservices. Will I get the job if anyone knows tell me.

I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. Right now, I wanted to make a switch to Aviation, Aerospace or Defense company. I’m in Texas, specifically Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. I'm under contract for a new build in progress that won't be done until much later this year. I fully expect interest rates will be higher than what I originally estimated. I may or may not try to lock in a good rate early, but I'm planning on renting it out and this throws a bit if a wrench in my margins. I can take it financially, but wondering, If I absolutely needed to get out of buying it, what recourse do I have? Or could I go ahead, and refinance later (who knows rates at that time...)?

I applied for a position through a recruiter and made it through the interview rounds with the actual company and received a verbal offer, but haven’t heard back since. Am I able to reach out directly to HR for updates or does all communication have to be filtered through the recruiter?

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.

I am getting demotivated, but have to continue trying hard.

After asking two questions again he came on the same topic this happens twice in two interviews. Mere ko lag raha hey Jaan bujhke questions same topic pe puchte hey, so that they don't select that candidate.

The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.
