Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended. I focused on my niece and nephews, cried when I wanted to and slept from 8pm-noon for the last 5 days. Showered once or twice. That’s the best I could do and that’s OK right now. I’m back in my apartment, just trying to take it one day at a time, and not re read his texts too much. My birthday is Thursday 🙄

Weekend thought as many of us watch our portfolios bleed away value as the market hit all time highs: stick with it. This is a very difficult time in the market so try to figure out what’s not working and fix it. Stick with your process while trying to improve it. Pre-approved for a home but the rate lock expired and now we have to re apply. My husband lets me know his credit score dropped 111 points because of credit card utilization. Even if we get it below 30% ( which we can) not sure it will quickly reflect. I also added him as an authorized user on a high limit credit card I have. How’s everyone’s productivity doing today?

Hi everyone, I’m in need of prayers. My mom was admitted into the hospital recently, but they just found some nodules in her lungs. Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. Nothing has been finite, but I can’t help but prepare for the worst & hope for the best. The only thing getting me through this is my faith in God. I do hope this message encourages you to hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight ❤️
