Is it true that it takes 15-20 working days to complete the traditional BGV in LTIMindtree? I have submitted my documents in the 3rd week of March and in the first follow up, I was told that it takes time. And my status was showing on hold after submitting my documents. Earlier it was 2nd round, with HR and now on hold. And I haven't received any kind of mails from any third party verification vendors. Can anyone let me know what exactly happening?

How should one properly calculate total comp? Base + bonus + stock options? Should you only include options that vest that year or include the total $ granted that will vest over 4 years?

I think I may have made a huge mistake today. My skip level director sent out an email about something and asked us for feedback. I sent back a note and provided some. One of the things I said was that our job satisfaction might be improved if we could do more of X kind of work instead of Y kind of work that we do so much of in our group. Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. Have on offer in hand with a better company for the role customer support specialist L3 . Should I take up this offer ? Or i can stay in Manual Testing my whole life ?

To the people working in support (sap), are u able to identify a pattern of incidents? Like is there any repetition or similar pattern. Trying to figure out a way to reduce my work load so I can learn something else
