• Role: Data Engineer
• CTc 28.2 fixed (26.3+ variable 1.3)

Questions for people working in these companies:
1. How stable are roles after joining? Do employees usually stay in the role they were hired for, or is there role reshuffling based on projects/teams?
2. How do the work culture and work-life balance compare between the two?

Am I the only one who finds statements like, "I'm a democrat/republican" detrimental? Using these words as nouns instead of adjectives illustrates why America's so divided. It would be better to say, "I usually vote for Democrats/Republican candidates. We are not who we vote for

I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense. My question is, is it realistic for a 25 year old young professional to handle dealing with all the extra curricular’s that come with owning a rental property ?
