Hi all, a partner from Deloitte London is pushing me to join a new growing capability, but the process is painfully slow. I've worked in tech consulting (PA Consulting) before but would like to understand a couple of things:

Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?
Which is better to join EY or Amadeus?

- Team/project dependent but generally good. Typically 9-6ish, very rare to need weekends. Very flexible with personal commitments
- Manager level
Just to add on this, Deloitte UK feels like a completely different firm to US. Pay is definitely much less but we get loads of holiday, flexible working and leadership/clients are generally quite nice to work with.
Office is friendly and a decent amount of socials (if you can afford the local pubs)
Honestly I’m loving it, mostly. Very dependent on teams. Deloitte digital gets a lot of things right. I rate them.
Agree with D1, too. Why not sneak in to a social and chat to people? There are some that are in bars and not exclusive to Deloitte
Cheers! Role is in sustainability, supply chain and R&D so not sure where I’ll be positioned exactly. Once I’ll know I’ll try to get into a social, great tip!
OP - Are you currently in US
