Accenture Offer - 22 LPA Fixed & 27% variable + 3L joining Bonus.

Mphasis offer - 25lpa fixed+variable (23.5 Fixed & 1.5 variable) + 1L joining bonus. I've asked 25LPA Fixed, because with 25 overall CTC from Mphasis I don't see any value addition in terms of compensation but their budget is not allowing.

Accenture overall CTC considering 8-10% variable = 24+ LPA
Mphasis overall CTC = 24.5 LPA (70% variable)

Considering all the factors like hikes, projects, wlb & Brand which is good.

As an IT infrastructure i have been tagged un cognizant internal project to support the cognizant owned datacenters VMs and infrastructure.

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?

Hi fishes, I recently joined Accenture, I am from manual testing background and they put me into monitoring team where we need to analyse errors looking at codes, logs and resolve it and the KT that is being given to me doesnt feel enough when I raised concern to TL, TL itself is blaming it on me that I qm not able to understand what is being taught, I am not able to work in the project at all, I requested for roll off within a month, will this imact my career at accenture? someone please sugges
