Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department. I am mainframe developer and having 8+ years of experience. I am planning to learn latest technology and few of them suggested to learn Oracle CPQ or Commerce cloud.

I have an offer from a start-up which I will be joining next week. Even though I got a hike more than 100% ( current tc: 6lpa, new tc:14lpa) and changed to sde role I am still not satisfied. Seeing all those comp posts on leetcode I felt I can be one of them. But now I am feeling left behind and not able to move on. I know I have no dev experience.
