Hi all! I need some candid advice from y'all. How do I get my manager to see my value and see that I'm actually doing a lot of work? Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. If you were only 5 months into working a tier 3 company and then got an offer from a tier 1 company, how much higher would the TC need to be for you to potentially burn that bridge?

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?
