Any view on international opportunities? From what I understand many countries are just hiring locally (or within region). Especially for people who would required visa sponsorship, market seems to be dead even for ex-mbb or top 10 mba.

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

Hello! I’m based in NYC and looking for my next role. I work in the digital strategy/brand strategy space. I have experience across multiple industries (tech/telecom/Pharma (dermatology)/beauty and skin care and I am looking for a Director or VP role (my last job was a VP). I got an offer from Deloitte and they have started my H1B transfer. In the meantime I got an interview call from Google (Which I would prefer over Deloitte).
