Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? Most of the people are in the strong/strong group so there are levels within that group as well. 8, 10 or 12% is your target percentage. So for example if your target percentage is 10 then your target bonus is 10% of your base salary. At the end you will get between 0 to 225% of your target bonus depending on your ratings and performance.
Every rating group has a minimum and maximum percentage of target bonus that can be given. Depending on your performance you'll be awarded the bonus within that range
Director participation is "up to 100%"
My understanding is - your contract (job offer letter) should mention the percentage of bonus. It is often mentioned: 15% target, achievable up to 30%. So, in this example, if you were to give 100% bonus, it means you would receive 15% of your base salary as a one-off annual bonus. If you receive 30% (very much unlikely), then you would have received 200% bonus. Whether it would be 50% or 100% or 120% etc - all depends on the performance ratings of the individual and the organisation (Visa Inc) combinedly.
Would like to understand this as well. Also, could someone share how company performance will affect bonus payouts this year?
