How much salary provides by Techm? if they provides basis on my previous salary or directly as per the band and expectations?
my yoe - 10.8
CTC - 16.33 with VP and 13.5 is fixed
Getting offer from other company - 24 Fixed

Expecting from Techm - 28 Fixed

All of my performance reviews have been positive and I have been the lead/only BI developer on two of our largest and most public projects this year. I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?
