Currently I'm in last phase of interviewing with Apple, Austin TX. What would be a decent compensation TC (Base + RSU) for a non-software related Quality Engineering based position? I have been looking at quite low offers on Glassdoor, but folks on fishbowl seem to share quite high offers, so not sure how much should I negotiate for!

With the way the job market is right now. Your best bet is to delegate, push back, improve time management and build your portfolio with the best projects to start packing up and leave.
There’s a ton of work that goes into UX alone. With UI and interaction on top of that it could easily be 40-50 hour weeks of hard work with no day naps. Agile really doesn’t make a difference if there’s deadlines to meet and you’re doing everything imo.
Now you’re throwing in 5-6 other titles in the mix. This is the workload of an early stage startup for low six figures and a ton of equity(5-15%). You should be make $250k+ tbh.
You gotta learn to say no or you’re going to end up in the same spot everywhere you work.
Depends… seems low . 120k min
They taking advantage of you. Should say no to 75% of those things, but if you’re having fun I guess it’s cool
I do feel burn out. The real question is how should team be setup to do all this work? I feel like I do UX Designer, UI Designer, UI Engineering, UX Manager, and occasionally Graphic Designer.. I do have background as a Front End Developer and doing development is very protected work, very well organized to avoid burnout. Yet UX designing seems chaotic even after implementation of agile and sprint process. How does this look like in other companies?
Look at Glassdoor and compare that role at the company vs what competitors pay for it. Factor in your location unless they say their comp is geo-neutral.
They are all different positions
You have just mentioned like 5 different roles 😆 So, no. $110 is not nearly enough. Heck, personally… I would not do all of that.
Welcome to Caesars. Willing to bet you’re also digital (sportsbook) side as well? Got sold on flat org structure. Turns out that means management duties (and others) are put on non-managers so upper managers can be disconnected and not have to do the day to day things that you’re picking up and getting underpaid to do. C-level in this place is a dumpster fire run by someone who is a great salesman. Not a single person I know is overall happy working here outside of liking the people and bonding over the BS.
