This is from over a month ago. If there isn’t an update, this seems irrelevant (and irresponsible) to post now for the same reasons E1 mentioned

To be fair though, there are significantly less people in China with the O blood type. The sample population has an inherent bias.
This definitely doesn’t mean that if you have Type O blood that you are safe

My sister-in-law works at a research center (not a researcher herself) and I heard this from her 2 weeks ago. Still not enough data.

this study was 1)done in Wuhan and other cities in China by Chinese scholars/doctors 2)was not peer reviewed (published on a "Unproven study" site for academics) and 3) occurred a few weeks after the virus was discovered
You can decide whether or not it is trustworthy....
My thoughts, if found to be true, “oh goodie, I now have four known high risk factors”.
But, yeah, needs more research.
