Final salary discussion with IBM last week; recruiter said offer in 3 days . Now I see two applications:

Old job ID: “Under recruiter review”
New job ID: “In interview process”

Today received a new Background check form for the new job ID, though I already completed it for the old one along with biometric consent form.

Is this normal? Can I still expect the offer, and should I fill the BGV form again for the new job id?

I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. My sister might divorce with her husband, they have a baby of 1.5 year. We came from a divorce family and honestly never thought it would happen again - I feel powerless and I don’t know what to do. Guys I am getting 18lpa+2 Jb ....but I am thinking of taking fidelity offer for 23.5 and grade 5.

I am choosing fidelity because IBM is having bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh joining bonus...and hike is very less in IBM.

Do you think I am choosing right,can anyone tell if IBM is better than fidelity and why?
