I’ve taught 6th grade math for 20 years and have made all my notes, worksheets and and examples, but I’ve been assigned a seventh grade math class and don’t have enough time to get all of that ready. Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.
Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.

Help me to choose between the following 2 options

EY GDS : Home location Kolkata + x lpa Fixed + 50k joining bonus + 70k variable pay for developer role

Microsoft : Hyderabad Location + (x+1.5) lpa Fixed + 2 lacs joining bonus + 2.9 lpa variable pay + stock for Azure Support Engineer role

Hello fishes, recently I have received the job offers from Akamai & Nasdaq with kind of equivalent pay. I've an experience of 2.7 yrs in Java Backend. In Nasdaq, I feel the project is slightly on better side and also domain driven in comparison of Akamai. The only thing that is troubling me is 90 days notice policy in Nasdaq. Just want to check if it's a bad thing or would it still be worthy against the project & domain.
